Job Description:
This position is an Independent Sales Contractor Position.
Position shall entail setting up and giving demonstrations of our web site to local real estate agents and offices.
- Leads shall be provided initially, but after initial training, candidate will make sales calls themselves.
- Presentations shall be given to groups of 1-50 individuals.
- Training shall be provided for presentations.
- Local travel within North Jersey area.
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
No established hours but a minimum number of contacts, presentations must be given per week.
Presentations are normally given during normal business hours.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Candidate should have proficient computer skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Must have ability to speak in front of small groups.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ownership of laptop computer helpful.
